Foundation:

The foundation is a combined insulated one. Ground slab with shallow strip foundation; insulation with 10 cm thick extruded polystyrene foam around the perimeter and below.

Series: VIKNALAND metal-plastic windows of the 85Pro series, 2-chamber glass units 48 mm thick, filled with argon. We seal with a steez. The 7-chamber 85 mm profile is environmentally friendly, stabilized on zinc and made from 100% primary raw materials.

Wall material:

The walls are made of ceramic blocks (2.12 NF M100) which are an eco-friendly material made of clay. These blocks are sourced from the Kerameya plant in Sumy. The wall thickness ranges from 250 mm to 380 mm.

Exterior decoration:

Facade – Ceramic granite, clinker tiles and mineral plaster

Roof - roofing:

The roof uses a folded heat insulation system. It consists of a suspended ceiling construction with a thickness of 300 mm, vapor barrier, wooden beams, counter-lattice with dimensions of 20x20 mm, a rafter system with dimensions of 50x200 mm, and a crate with dimensions of 50x50 mm.
