The foundation is a combined insulated one. A slab on the ground with a strip foundation of fine laying
-
01
In the pit, we prepare the base for the foundation in layers:
-
Bulk soil of the base
-
Geotextile for strength
-
Tamped sand and crushed stone so that the foundation does not swell from temperature changes together with the soil
-
Extruded polystyrene foam 10 cm thick to protect the foundation from below and along the perimeter from freezing of the soil
-
Paving to cut off the cold from the concrete base around the perimeter
-
Drainage system for removal of groundwater
-
-
02
Then we pour a reinforced concrete base on the insulation pillow. The thickness of the plate is 150 mm
-
03
At this stage, we are laying engineering communications — distribution for electricity, sewage, and water.
The walls are ceramic blocks
-
01
For walls, we use M100 ceramic block, wall thickness from 250 mm to 380 mm
-
Ceramic blocks are ecological materials made exclusively from natural materials without the addition of chemical additives.
-
The ability to pass moisture vapor prevents its accumulation inside the wall and eliminates a favorable environment for the appearance of fungus and mold.
-
They have a good accumulative capacity, that is, in the cold season, the house retains heat, and in the heat - coolness.
-
The hollow structure contributes to sound and heat insulation.
-
The ceiling is a monolithic slab
-
01
Interfloor slabs are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 150 mm.
-
Due to the internal reinforcement designed directly under the load of the designed building, this type of flooring is the most effective in modern cottage construction.
-
After pouring the slab, we wait 5-7 days and then lay the walls of the second floor. Term ~5 weeks.
-
The roof is a heat seam
-
01
Roofing joints of different materials allow you to ensure strength, durability, and also achieve a high level of noise insulation of the entire roof structure
-
Construction of suspended ceiling - 300 mm
-
Vapor barrier
-
Wooden beams
-
Counter lattice - 20x20 mm
-
Rafter system - 50x200 mm
-
Crate - 50x50 mm
-
-
02
Thermal insulation with high-quality foam of European origin, 250 mm thick, provides a high level of thermal insulation and reduces energy costs.
-
03
The covering is a black metal corrugated roof. Eurobarrier F150 Juta drainage membrane for folded roofs. It is intended for use as waterproofing between a wooden floor and a folded roofing covering with any type of metal.
Windows and doors are also energy efficient
-
01
In our project, we use VIKNALAND 85Pro windows - panoramic, to the floor
-
Therefore, we install 2-chamber double-glazed windows of the VIKNALAND company with a thickness of 48 mm, filled with argon. With such glass it will be warm and quiet.
-
In the heat of the summer, there will be no strong heating, as they transmit heat rays half as much as ordinary double-glazed windows.
-
The 7-chamber 85 mm profile is environmentally friendly, zinc-stabilized and made from 100% virgin raw materials.
-
Insulation - NEOPOR
-
01
The choice of insulation is key to the comfort and energy efficiency of the house. In Zolochiv Lis, we use NEOPOR from the German company BASF
-
The thickness of the NEOPOR wall insulation is 150 mm
-
NEOPOR is a generation of expanded polystyrene that integrates graphite particles, increasing thermal insulation characteristics. This technology provides up to 20% better thermal insulation compared to traditional expanded polystyrene.
-
Facade – Ceramic granite, clinker tiles and mineral plaster
-
01
To create a unique and elegant look of our houses, we chose a combination of three materials for the facade
-
Clinker tiles give the facade a classic and elegant look. This material is known for its strength, frost resistance, as well as resistance to color fading.
-
We chose it also because it has reduced thermal conductivity, which means it will strengthen the general sealing of the house.
-
Ceramic granite is a durable and aesthetic material that imitates natural stone. It provides not only an attractive appearance, but also high resistance to atmospheric influences and mechanical damage.
-
Sheds and terrace
-
01
All houses are equipped with a carport for 2 cars
-
The canopy is made with a folded roof, as in the house. Ceiling LED lighting.
-
The entrance group is covered, nothing will have to be cleaned in winter.
-
A terrace with a canopy as an additional option can be made of porcelain tiles or terrace boards.
-
Why do we build energy-efficient houses?
We design houses with a view to the future, so that the owner has less trouble with operation and does not have to spend a fortune every year on electricity and constant repairs.
The more moments are thought out at the stage of building the house, the more comfortable life will be after moving in.
Consumes less electricity than an apartment
Savings up to UAH 50,000. for a year. Heating and cooling a 200-meter country house costs less than a 100-meter city apartment.
Always fresh air and a minimum of dust
Due to the hermetic design and the combined supply ventilation system, you can do without an air conditioning system.
Quietly
Increased sound insulation of the house from external noise and internal spaces between each other. And it doesn't matter if the airport is nearby, the neighbor has a loud dog and a children's room on the second floor.
Comfortable microclimate
Comfortable temperature regardless of the season. Warm floor even in winter.
Environmental friendliness
Our houses are built from environmentally friendly building materials. They also require less energy resources for comfortable living, which reduces the CO2 footprint.
Enough sun
An important component of a comfortable environment - there should be a lot of natural light, it is also important for our health.
Turnkey solutions
Together with our partners, we offer the entire necessary list of services for the realization of your house on a turnkey basis.
The process has been tested in more than 20 houses.
